Book review: Thus Was Adonis Murdered

Oops! On reaching the conclusion of this mystery, I thought the criminal's identity and plan seemed familiar but ascribed it to having read later books in this series that referred back to the solution. But the book diary makes it clear: I already read this book, two-and-a-half years ago. The novels are all similar enough -- bright young lawyers receive letters about a friend embroiled in a mystery, and collectively discuss them -- that I didn't notice. At least I found the book really enjoyable on the second go-round.
